Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your Pandaloo purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item should be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@pandaloo.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.

Please do not send products back without first contacting our Customer Service team.

Extended Holiday Returns

To make gifting a little easier, eligible purchases made between November 1 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.

Items must meet the same return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Return Shipping

For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Return instructions will be provided by our Customer Service team after your return request has been reviewed. Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us first.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at hello@pandaloo.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will process your refund once the returned item has been received and reviewed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or colour, you may return your eligible item for a refund in accordance with this policy and place a new order. For any assistance, please contact hello@pandaloo.com.
