Yes. All Pandaloo adult drinkware, including the Original Series glass tumblers and Orbit glass water bottles, is 100% BPA-free and made with safe, food-grade materials, including our silicone components.

Most parts of Pandaloo drinkware are dishwasher safe, including the glass body, silicone sleeve, straws and leak-proof lid. The bamboo lid available with the Original Series is the exception and should be hand washed only, as bamboo should not go in the dishwasher.

Yes. Both the Original Series and Orbit are made from durable borosilicate glass and are suitable for hot and cold drinks. To help protect your glass water bottle or tumbler, avoid sudden temperature changes. For example, do not pour a hot drink into a bottle that is cold from the refrigerator, or vice versa.

Pandaloo adult drinkware combines premium borosilicate glass with a protective silicone sleeve for grip and durability, plus thoughtful lid options designed for different routines. The Orbit 32 oz Glass Water Bottle includes interchangeable straw and spout lids, while the Original Series Glass Tumbler includes a natural bamboo lid and an on-the-go lid. Our reusable drinkware and available replacement parts are designed to help extend the life of your Pandaloo products.

For Orbit, yes. Replacement lids, including straw and spout lids in a 2-pack, and replacement straws in a 4-pack are available separately. Replacement parts for the Original Series are not currently available.

Pandaloo currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Available shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your Pandaloo order. For a standard return, items should be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable. If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us and we’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you. Eligible purchases made between November 1 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.
